I am Jesus Moreno, and I am a Senior Consultant for the Application & Systems Engineering practice at Artic Consulting.
I have worked as an Application & Systems Engineer for nearly a decade for small, medium and Enterprise level organizations. Through my work experience I have been able to take ideas to concepts and ultimately formulate complete end-to-end technical solutions. By encompassing the mindset of being an eternal learner, I can provide technical and beautifully-designed solutions to my clients and stakeholders. Throughout my career I’ve had the pleasure of mentoring and working with various engineers both onshore and offshore. By building out a healthy work environment that embraces the mantra of “fail fast, fail often” but never at the expense of creative or critical thinking, I have been able to help pull up my colleagues to new heights in both their technical skill and leadership ability. In March of 2019 there was an opening at Artic Consulting for a Senior Consultant. I applied and joined the Application & Systems Engineering practice where I can support Artic on the technical side and Artic can help me grow my business skillset.
With help from our team, I was tasked with laying the initial groundwork of building out our company’s technical skills and development methodologies. Within four months I was able to help get Artic Consulting to Microsoft Gold Partnership status. Concurrently during those four months I worked closely with everyone at Artic Consulting to help build out our core service offerings for the Application and Systems Engineering (ASE) department. Artic’s ASE team creates modern applications across a variety of platforms and form factors, to help businesses leverage the cloud, and implements modern office workflows using Microsoft’s best of breed technologies.
